I ordered this pair of of size 4 blackLightweight Mules on 31 July for a friend.. After order was accepted by the system, I received a email that this item is out of stock. I was given the option of changing to another design at the same price:

My friend said since Lightweight Mules is not available in size 4 black or blue, she accepted the offer to change to this alternative:
Black 2003
On 2 August, I login to your website and found that 90T40429 FE was again available back in stock in Size 4 black and dark blue.
I would appreciate it if your staff could have advised me that the stock will be available on 2 August and clarified with me if I can wait for 2 more days for the stock of size 4 to arrive.
Now I dare not tell my friend that actually size 4 of the lightweight mules is now available. It would cost too much for me to ship back the alternative clogs to your office in Italy and would cost another 12.90 Euros in shipping just to order a pair of dark blue lightweight mules for my friend in size 4.

GIULIANA andate bene subito. Potrei suggerire di indicare, accanto all'immagine, se sono pianta larga in modo che chi come me cerca questa caratteristica sappia subito se la scelta estetica corrisponde anche all'esigenza pratica. Comunque grazie. Acquisterò ancora sia per me che per mio marito.

GIULIANA comprate per mio marito che durante il giorno usa scarpe antiinfortunistiche notoriamente scomode, a dir poco. E' molto contento dell'acquisto. Morbide e leggere, tanto comode .

salvatore Sono un vecchio utilizzatore dei prodotti della flyflot e a distanza di 5 anni dall’ultimo acquisto (si perché il tempo passa ma flyflot rimane ) non avevo dubbi sull’acquisto che confermo PERFETTO E COME MI ASPETTAVO ??
